We are seeing patients on through June 30, 2026. We encourage patients to establish care with a new primary care provider as soon as possible.

Medication refills will be provided through June 30, 2026 for established patients when medically appropriate.

Patients should establish care with a new primary care provider as soon as possible to avoid interruptions in medications.

Controlled substances and certain medications may require an office visit and may be limited as we approach the closure date.

All lab and imaging results completed before June 30, 2026 will be reviewed and communicated to patients.

Any pending or future testing should be followed up with your new primary care provider.

Urgent concerns: Visit an urgent care or emergency department

Non-urgent issues: Establish care with a new primary care provider

No. After June 30, 2026, Lionville Family Practice will no longer provide medical care or on-call coverage.

The phone and patient portal will remain active for a limited time to assist with records requests and transition of care. Updates will be posted on the website.

The practice is closing due to personal family circumstances. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for our patients and appreciate your understanding and support during this transition.
